8" GRS Crossing Lights

Its been a while since I've posted here. I was wondering has any or is aware of any GRS 8 inchers that are available?

Kind of off topic here, but here goes...A long time ago when I was real young I had the opportunity to get some of these 8" GRS lights, but was forced to pass up the opportunity due to the cost. The lights had actually just been taken off the signals from a crossing in a little town called Dover, MA. The woman at the store was asking $135 for a set of four lights, that were missing lenses and all of the electricals

and probably hadn't worked in more than twenty years. Much to my amazement someone actually bought them shortly there after and were gone the next time I stopped by. Keep in mind this all took place in 1991, so in todays money that would have been considerably more. Just a story from the old memory bank, of opportunities passed up.

try looking around Maine. Maine has numerous crossings GRS lights. I'd try and go to the Deerfield Yard. They might have a scrap yard along with maybe a pair.

I have some old GRS's, 2 sets, hoods and backgrounds bent up but fixable, lens good, if still interested let me know,I'm
