Also Metra Is a real railroad govern by the FRA, running over freight tracks and even tracks they own themselves.
And the locomotives are F40PH the same locos that Amtrak used
Metra bought new and even ex Amtrak f40s
and there Electric line is part of the old Illinois Central Railroad even some of the old electric cars are from IC
