Yeah... if you try and make the picture smaller it should go under the minimum size. You just have to play around with it a little bit. You don't want to make it too small that it can't be easily viewed.
If it was possible to download it in it's current format, it would probably be way too big to fit on forum's screen meaning everyone would have to scroll to view the whole picture.

The attachment size setting can be adjusted, but I would suggest giving it some serious thought before making that change. The larger the filesize, the longer it'll take to load and the more bandwidth it'll use. Multiply that by the number of times the page or post is accessed on any given day, week, etc. I think you can see where I'm going with this...Smjh1979 wrote:That can be adjusted as well.
