I agree... I was expecting this huge cantilever with 23 sets of lights on it.
There does appear to be a set of lights pointing to the side at the end of the cantilever though.

Those (NO LEFTURN) (NO RIGHTURN) lamps are meant to be at street level where they can be read.
Otherwise, no signals are needed at this street because it does not cross the track.
Krunch, you could have a deaf driver who will not hear the train.
Also a driver blind in one eye who may not see a train coming from behind.
Example: Blind in right eye and the train is approaching from behind on his right.
What we see may be temporary until they get big lighted signs.
