Well, in a nutshell, it kinda is. but definitely not like how The Weather Channel is today.

The Weather Channel still has several shows about weather though. But yea, the History Channel is kind of a joke now. Although back in June they had this four part docudrama called Barbarians Rising which I really enjoyed!
