I was actually trying to remember the name of the town (Hibbing) for a few days last week, but you guys beat me to it. We've actually touched on this about 5 years ago: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2356&hilit=hibbing

It appears that the first signal's banner is permanently in the same position, it looks like the other signal has had it's banner removed.

I wonder if these red rotary lights are an extra warning?

There is also an extra crossbuck at the crossing.
Any other Canadian rotating banners that exist?
I like trains, railroad crossings and garbage trucks.
