The Safetran Hybrid Bell at the crossing shown at about 15:28 in the video is having a hard time sounding, while the WRRS mini-bell on the other signal sounds really healthy:

This General Signals Type 1 is having a hard time sounding, while the other GS type 1 seems to be working fine.

Sounds like the GS Type 1 is being affected by the moisture in the air there, given the fog at that crossing at the time.

This is one of the strangest sounding bells I've heard in person. It's since been replaced by a GS Type 2.
