Is this one a real sign...or is it just made up? I've never seen it before near any tracks...

I wouldn't doubt somebody has done that before...

Here's a graphical image of the "DO NOT DRIVE ON TRACKS" sign, so I do think it really exists.

These are all over downtown Portland where the Streetcar runs as to warn bicyclists that head-over-handlebars funniness is just a train track away....
