Another video I took of this crossing on 8-24-20. The wch mechanical bell on the closest signal is still having issues when the gates are raising. I assume it's something to do with the contacts inside the bell that is causing the bell to sound weak as the gates are raising.

Recorded on 10-16-20. Another video I took of this crossing in action, this time with Amtrak 314 as I managed to wake up early to film it.

Managed to film this crossing in action in the snow on 10-26-20. This time I filmed on the 2nd gen WCH mechanical bell side as I haven't really filmed on that side in awhile.

These 3 sets of videos were taken on 11-24-20. Nothing much has changed to Vermont at all. The 1st gen WCH is still holding on.

Recorded on 2-3-21. Another vid I've took at Vermont Ave since I wanted to catch the eastbound MNA here. So far this crossing retains both wch mechanical bells which is a plus. One of 3 crossings left on the Sedalia Sub in Independence to retain its MoPac bell sequence.

Recorded on 2-26-22. First vid of this crossing in 2022. Unfortunately the 1st gen wch mechanical bell has gotten worse since the last time I filmed here. I have a feeling that UP will replace the bell with either an NEG e bell, GS Type 3, or a wch type 4.

Yesterday's vid of the morning River Runner. Fortunately the wch mechanical bell on the closest signal seems to be performing better than it did last week when I filmed that empty coal train here.
