Lodi Street, Lodi, WI

There are at least two other crossings in the town with the exact same setup, complete with hybrid bell.

Broom Street, Madison, WI has one along with its two ASC e-bells.

County Highway P near Randolph, WI and there may be a few others on the UP Adams Subdivision:

The Escanaba and Lake Superior Railroad north out of Green Bay has at least three that I know of.

As of March 2008 there were two on the CN in Kaukauna, WI. This one is Tobacnoir St.:

There is one at the County Highway KR crossing in Racine County and one at the Springbrook Road crossing in Pleasant Prarie, WI. UP has been installing new detection equipment and gated signals along that subdivision lately, so they may not be around too much longer.

Apparently this crossing see's little use. Makes sense since it appears to be the end of the line, at least I think that's a red board in the distance. I didn't feel like trudging thru deep snow at the time to find out.
