Maybe not. The Lahaina, Kaanapali and Pacific Railroad recently re-opened after being closed in 2014.

I said it backwards from what I meant. I meant that the photo was newer than the Streetview pics (which are from 2011). If they have re-opened the line, than that photo must have been prior to 2014 as it looks like the tracks are completely overgrown.

Oddly enough, that bell must've been installed between 2008/2009, it looks to have replaced a WCH/Safetran mechanical bell.
