Hah no kidding.

Also found the crossing on street view
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=1342+Keaw ... fH_wK55cIQ
Lahaina, Kaanapali and Pacific Railroad (LK&PRR)
Hawaii's sugar cane train, its one of only three railroads operating in Hawaii
Kauai Plantation Railway
Lahaina, Kaanapali and Pacific Railroad
Hawaiian Railway
Nice FIND
but based on the overgrowth it is obviously older than the Streetview pics.
Maybe not. The Lahaina, Kaanapali and Pacific Railroad recently re-opened after being closed in 2014.

There is actually two of them there. Although I wouldn't be too surprised if they're call along with the odd signals along the line. :Awww:

I said it backwards from what I meant. I meant that the photo was newer than the Streetview pics (which are from 2011). If they have re-opened the line, than that photo must have been prior to 2014 as it looks like the tracks are completely overgrown.

Oddly enough, that bell must've been installed between 2008/2009, it looks to have replaced a WCH/Safetran mechanical bell.
