Came across this unique setup in Duryea, Pennsylvania:
https://www.google.com/maps/@41.345557, ... 6656?hl=en.
There's even an extra signal on the other side of the underpass to warn oncoming traffic:

With some more digging, found active shots with trains on both the overpass and on the crossing. The trains headed out at the same time, and the engines where head to head at this location!

I don't believe those are Safetran Type 1 bells. Safetran Type 1 bells have shorter tops, thinner support beams, and don't have screens on them,
like this one does.

Came across this intersection in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Most of the traffic lights are mounted on the railroad cantilevers:

And check out this pedestrian crossing with "walk" signals apparently for trains?

That is just bizarre. I can't imagine it was a mistake but I can't think of a reason for the gate being installed that way other then a mistake.

Active Crossing in Butler, Indiana with a pair of 12'' G.R.S LEX-C lights!

-----------------------------------
I came across a stop sign with a signal beacon that I think will activate when there is a train, either that or the signal is non-functioning. Maybe I can check it out one of these days because it is in North -West Ohio.
