If I had to take a guess... all 3 of those used to be wig wags at one time.SirKrunch wrote:McK&H.Aust wrote:This has also been posted in the US&S Teardrop bell thread.

I wonder if the other two crossings in the town were that way at one time as well or what signals they had.
If that was the case, I'd have to wonder why they'd just chop off most of the wig-wags' masts but leave the relay case and move one of the bells down. Seems like a waste of time and money to do that if they're going to downgrade the crossings to crossbucks (with a bell in one instance). I don't see anything that looks like it may have been a base or a foundation at the crossing either, so if there were any wig-wags, they'd have to be on the relay cases.cabman701 wrote:If I had to take a guess... all 3 of those used to be wig wags at one time.SirKrunch wrote:McK&H.Aust wrote:This has also been posted in the US&S Teardrop bell thread.

Yeah... I see what you mean now. Those are probably too far off the road to be remnants of a wig wag.freebrickproductions wrote:If that was the case, I'd have to wonder why they'd just chop off most of the wig-wags' masts but leave the relay case and move one of the bells down. It also makes me wonder if any of the relay cases are hooked up to power and/or if that bell even works anymore.
