This one has a newer Safetran 12 inch signal at it as well, but it also has some nice old Crouse-hinds Art-deco signals at it too:

That is a pretty unique crossing/intersection.

Here's a 4-way crossing in Cedartown, GA with a mixture of old and new equipment:

Oops!

It also looks like the cantilever here was hit and replaced, but for some reason, they added a second pair of back lights!

Google caught this crossing in Mobile, AL being upgraded from 8 inch to 12x20 inch back in 2007:

Here's the signal maintainer moving the ladder:

Some of the 8 inch lights:

Active crossing (I may have posted this before):

NS Dash-9 sitting in Jackson, AL:

This crossing still has mostly 8 inch lights and a mechanical bell!

And here it is in action too!

8 inch LED's in Maine: https://www.google.com/maps/@44.7957504 ... 312!8i6656
Can be seen in action here: http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.p ... 62&nseq=53

Next crossing over has a mixture of 8 inch and 12 inch LED's: https://www.google.com/maps/@44.7953834 ... 312!8i6656

No gates for the road, but the sidewalk has them? https://www.google.com/maps/@44.8330541 ... 312!8i6656

More 8 inch LED's: https://www.google.com/maps/@44.8817263 ... 312!8i6656

A hill on the main road and trees on the side road... interesting way to deal with it: https://www.google.com/maps/@45.5490592 ... 312!8i6656

This crossing in Arkansas had it's days numbered in 2013 when Streetview last came through. Guessing it's gone by now...

Why!? Just why!? https://www.google.com/maps/@41.2370437 ... 6656?hl=en
---------
For some reason, this crossing has extra stop signs. https://www.google.com/maps/@41.2100583 ... 6656?hl=en

https://www.google.com/maps/@41.2100607 ... 6656?hl=en
---------
There is a lot of space for this to be one crossing. They should have just made it two separate crossings or at least a double crossing. https://www.google.com/maps/@41.1689212 ... 6656?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@41.1688976 ... 6656?hl=en

For some reason, the two mast signals have SORS signs.

A bit of an upgrade in Tampa...

From this: https://www.google.com/maps/@27.9667641 ... 6656?hl=en
To this: https://www.google.com/maps/@27.9667641 ... 6656?hl=en

Added a gate, and looks like it is all LED now.

Looks like it was vandalized.

Those stop signs must have never gotten removed when the old crossbucks were taken out, as seen here: https://www.google.com/maps/@41.2100585 ... 1664?hl=en

That is a double crossing.

The SORS signs are more than likely in place to prevent lawsuits from the dumbasses that want to try and sue the railroad for lack of protection.

Neato! I always like it how CSX down here tends to keep cantilevers the same 9/10 times whenever they upgrade signals. At least it's not like in the early 2010s when they took out cantilevers from crossings that got upgraded. :Eeeeek:
