Here's some old Eagle Traffic Signals still hanging on at this school crossing in Cheltenham, VIC.

Here's a video of them in operation. They also still use the old 'red and amber before green' sequence instead of the 'red then green' sequence used currently in Victoria.

The overheads and pedestrian signals are definitely newer though.

They should just make a standard "Do not be an idiot" sign which could be used just about anywhere.
