Most of the 8 inch sections are from Southern Autoflow, one is from Signal Computer Corp (SCC or "Checker" as they're commonly called), and the 12 inch sections are a mixture of LFE and Singer. There's also an 8 inch TSI signal and a 12 inch Singer signal there. The mast-arm has an 8 inch Durasig, an 8 inch Durasig with an Crouse-hinds Type M green section, and a Checker 8-8-12 signal.

Something i just noticed is that the Canadian island of Saint Pierre and Miquelon uses French road signs.

That's because France is an official language of Canada.

That is because Saint Pierre and Miquelon is French... They vote in the French Presidential election and they are represented by a single MP in the French Parliament.
