Some pretty nice Eagle signals, but i don't really understand why there is a 12-8-12 inch left turn signal.

Those are Crouse-hinds Type-Rs. The intersection is likely split-phased, which would be why the left turn signals are there.

Looks like it was planned to be an intersection at one point. Still pointless and improperly positioned too...

That's actually an Alusig/Eagle Flat-back 12-8-8 cluster.

(AFAIK, i think the property is still up for sale, i passed by here a lot throughout 2015, after my uncle died my father and i would travel up to Southport occasionally throughout the summer to the end of 2015.)

My uncles house was refurbished, i think it has new tenants now.

It's also worth pointing out the garage was a short lived furniture shop in 2009.
