I'd like to know why there are Buckeye crossbucks in New York.

One made its way here to Alabama. Maybe CSX re-used them after they removed them?

Also, a cast-iron crossbuck!

I once found a pair of Buckeye Crossbucks in Indiana that even had the Buckeye Crossbuck yield signs! I believe I posted it in this topic a while back.

I'm surprised that it is still there let alone the signal itself.

Here's something a bit odd. This crossing has a pair of newer 12x24 inch gated signals with LEDs on the outside of the road, but in the median there's a pair of 8 inch signals, possibly with LEDs as well:

That's not all either, one of the signals even has a pair of Griswold Type-B lights!

Here is a 48 degree crossbuck. https://www.google.com/maps/@38.3043888 ... 6656?hl=en
----------------------------------------
Here is a pretty cool private crossing. https://www.google.com/maps/@37.4317181 ... 6656?hl=en
----------------------------------------
I wonder why this crossing has private crossing signs, it does not seem like one. https://www.google.com/maps/@37.4256099 ... 6656?hl=en
----------------------------------------
This signal is very far from the crossing, looks like there was a short spur that use to break off the main line and went to this industry. https://www.google.com/maps/@38.0404036 ... 6656?hl=en
----------------------------------------
I wonder why this is here? https://www.google.com/maps/@38.0154132 ... 6656?hl=en
----------------------------------------
Here is a train passing by the famous fail-safe signal in Lafayette, Virginia. https://www.google.com/maps/@37.2291437 ... 6656?hl=en
----------------------------------------
Here is a strange setup in Painted Post, New York. The road parallel to the tracks has two pair of flashing red signal beacons (https://www.google.com/maps/@42.1587507 ... !1e1?hl=en, https://www.google.com/maps/@42.1587484 ... !1e1?hl=en) as well as stop signs, the street that crosses the crossing has three section signals so I assumed the street with the crossing had Y-Y-R signals so when there was no train the section would just act like a regular intersection 4-way signal beacon intersection with flashing yellow for one street and flashing red for the other, when a train would come the Y-Y-R will go to solid red and the other street would go from flashing red to solid red (assuming anyone could turn right on red so no one had to wait for a train to pass even though they were not going to cross the crossing) but when I looked at the three section signals, the middle yellow was flashing instead of the bottom yellow (assuming they are Y-Y-R signals), so that really confused me so now I have no idea how this crossing/intersection operates.
----------------------------------------
I can't wait for the railroad to remove these signs. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.1790738 ... 6656?hl=en

There are several houses on the road.

There are several houses on the road.
Even then, it's still private property, especially if the road is not publicly maintained.

I wonder why they have 12x24 inch front lights but 8 inch rear lights on the overhead of this cantilever?
