Here's an abandoned Illinois Central crossing in Fulton, KY:

Always thought that out of service crossings with signals and are overgrown like that are pretty cool.

Those are 8 inch lights, and I believe they are US&S.

That is pretty neat. I wish they could've preserved it a little more though. I wonder what the story is behind that signal?

Never would've guessed there was a crossing there. In fact the only reason I know of this former crossing is because a side street near the former crossing only has 2007 imagery and I just happened to notice the advance warning sign in the corner.
