Probably a rare example of 1970's street lighting that wasn't modernized, a CU Phosco P178, sadly i suggest its long gone now, as LED lanterns have been installed on residental streets around my county.

Not surprised it's still there if it's on private property. If that was in a utility ROW, then for sure it'd be gone.

They're working fine from what I can tell. They just have Pelco louvers in them to limit visibility.
