It's still getting maintained too, because in the 2016 shot it looks like it's been painted on.
Back in 2011, it had paint fading:

Interesting considering we all kind of thought the signals (not the crossing) were abandon. If they're still maintaining it, it probably still works!

Kind of makes ya wonder if the other signal might be reinstalled.
