They look pretty homemade to me. Those look like metal fence posts for the masts.

Nice find! I'm kind of curious as to how you came across it as it seems that is just being used as a decoration.

It's at a house in my old hometown... That thing's been there for quite some time; possibly even before I moved away.

The Hamilton Miniature Railway in Hamilton, Victoria, Australia has a full-scale setup with a hybrid bell to protect the driveway:

There use to be a different miniature railway there that had 8'' signals with wishbone gates and a US&S Teardrop bell!

Found these miniature signals at the Ghan Train and Rail Museum in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia:

The National Railway Museum in Adelaide, South Australia has some full scale signals for their miniature train, complete with GRS lights!:

It has since been moved to the rear of the museum and still operates alongside a Teardrop Bell!
