Yep, 12x20" WABCO lights! They're pretty rare around here, actually.
Not to mention the US&S mechanical bell! It's also nicely paired with a GS Type 1.
The US&S mechanical bell got replaced with an NEG bell. :aaargh:

Probably the Route 23&38 crossing in DeKalb IL.
It’s the only crossing in the state of Illinois that two highways and a railroad cross at the same place.
