Here's a crossing that has a gate, signal and bell, but also a stop sign. Don't usually see that here, unless it's a completely signalless crossing. Maybe it's more common in AL though.

STOP Crossing
The crossing was originally just crossbucks, and many places here in Alabama put up stop signs around the crossings at the various crossbuck crossings they had at the time. However, I've noticed that many cities and towns around here then forget to take them down (either accidentally or intentionally) when the crossing gets upgraded to signals.
