Only two that I'm aware of.
One at
this crossing in Jesup, IA.
This one in Galena, IL. Hard to say how much longer she'll stay in service, if she hasn't been taken out already.

Those aren't teardrops...but likely Safetran, RACO, or Griswold...

I love it when you get Street View in the really high-quality images like in that first one. Somebody should try to get those crossings on video before they get upgraded.
