How do you know it's CP? Could be PanAm (though a lot of railroads in that part of the US loved to use that style of set-up years ago, it seems).

It's still too hard to tell (for me at least).. maybe they're still there and one of them got moved closer with the removal of the tracks?

It's still too hard to tell (for me at least).. maybe they're still there and one of them got moved closer with the removal of the tracks?
Well, there's now three pedestrian signals when there had just been two...
