Man I haven't seen that switcher come out of Sibert yard in awhile, brings back memories.
It's all slugs and mothers and Dash-8s now running the local.
P&A Division uses switchers to switch cars by the docks in Pensacola.
Csx also uses them on the PD division to switch Gonzales lead Solutia plant.

Also somethings got to give here :Tongue3:

Active signals for an Amtrak train:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 10.56&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... -0.29&z=19
The gates are descending in these one:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... ,0.08&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... ,0.18&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... -1.04&z=19

I'm not sure if the bell is red with rust or if it was painted red:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... ,,2,-15.16

I'd like to shake the hand of the guy who planned out this crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... .13,,0,3.9

What a signal!
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... ,,0,-23.89

Interesting crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 7,,0,-7.22
GRS plastic lights:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 7,,1,-8.39
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... -0.85&z=20

Interesting use for a crossing signal cantilever:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 7,,0,-8.87

Another odd use of cantilevers:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 7,,0,-5.75

Another traffic light crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 3,,0,-9.95

This train appears to be stopped:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 67,,0,2.24
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 17,,0,1.66
I think I found it on satellite view:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 9&t=h&z=21

Odd signal set-up:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 77,,0,0.68
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 78,,1,4.39
CSX owns the tracks. Can someone make out the DOT number?
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 2,,3,11.13

Hi-rail truck:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 4,,3,-0.65
They move fast! It says CSX on the side:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 62,,2,5.12

Odd cantilever set-up:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 3,,0,-8.19

Looks like they're doing work on/near the tracks here:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 29,,2,3.78
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 33,,2,2.49

Trains:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... .6,,0,1.27
They're everywhere!
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... .6,,0,1.27
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 13,,3,1.94
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 65,,1,5.57

CSX engine:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 11,,2,6.97
Here's another one:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Amtrak&h ... 17,,3,0.04

I think I posted this crossing before:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 10.34&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 13.47&z=19

Here's an interesting cantilever:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 12.09&z=20

Obviously they had to install it like that (further back) because of the building... but I don't understand why the need to angle it that way. Is there a reason that can't have it extend over the tracks a bit? I don't think it would be due to a clearance issue (for the trains I mean).

Tons of triangle (WABCO) gates on this line, a lot still with their original 8 inch lights. Even found a crossing with EMD gates: http://goo.gl/maps/JhFSr

As I said, I think those bells might be Griswolds. :TUP2:

...and this is a rather unorthodox way to mount a gate!
