They use it for track work. It was built custom built for Cedar Point by Plymouth.

Here is some equipment in the little Adrian & Blissfield Railroad yard. I'm not sure if this is the equipment that they use on the Old Road dinner train.

I'm surprised that after searching around in that area in different years I couldn't find a view of any RTA red line trains, I wouldn't be too surprised if there is a spot somewhere in that area where Google caught at least one red line train.

Speaking of RTA Red line trains on Google Streetview, here is one at the Little Italy - University Circle station!
