Traffic lights for a former bus station, car park in 2008, and now a public space.

Here is a picture of the bus station in 1978, the bus station closed in 1986
following bus deregulation in England, and the site was turned into a car park, but the signals were kept even when the site was a car park but blocked off, the signals were removed in 2011 for regeneration work and reinstalled in 2012.

NO TURNS, but you can turn right... I don't think this is how Michigan works?

You can turn right on the first part of the intersection, but you can't turn at all in the second part.
