It is working properly.. advance back a few frames and then you can see the other light turned on
I thought that the flasher relay for the sidelights needs to be fixed because the right light is lit for the forward lights and the left light is on for the side lights.

And more interesting finds:
RACO Hydrolic:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... ,0.63&z=18

Two Teardrop Bells! Don't let the light fool ya though, that's actually the sun making it look active.
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... -5.17&z=17

This crossing is near yet another tornado siren, although I don't know if the siren's used anymore:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... ,1.02&z=20

Active crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... ,2.73&z=16

Safetran Type One!
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... -31.3&z=19

No U-turn sign installed on a crossing signal:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... -1.56&z=18

They're in sync with the rear lights on that mast instead of the front.. also, correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that only one flasher relay powered all of the lights? (hence why most crossings all have synced-up lights)

Though I see where you went with that because this crossing (already posted, but gonna be my example) has the left light lit in correspondence to the front light on the mast it's on.

Unless that's a paste error, that crossing doesn't appear to be active

Maybe Kight can answer this. Is there a guideline on that or is it more personal preference?

For the sidelights, I don't think it really matters if the lights are synced one way or the other... but I have seen crossings where one set of lights is reversed from the others facing the same direction.

Found a 45 degree crossbuck:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... -0.79&z=19

Odd pedestrian signals:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... ,-2.5&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... ,2.06&z=19

Interesting crossing with more odd pedestrian signals:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... -2.22&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... ,-0.2&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... -0.29&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... ,,0,5&z=19
I'm guessing this cantilever isn't used anymore because the line is abandoned:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... -1.84&z=19

Avery original Griswold instillation. The only "new" things about it is that the gates were changed from wishbone to aluminum/fiberglass:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... ,3.13&z=19
There are even Griswold type B lights on all of the signals!
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... ,2.37&z=19

Shortest wayside signal ever? :LOL2:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ione,+CA ... ,1.55&z=17

Just found that. I'm surprised the signal is still standing!

EDIT:

Even more classic signals,
http://g.co/maps/puwm9
also, if you look closely at the dwarf signal near the bridge, the light is still on though the line is clearly abandoned:
http://g.co/maps/yeb3k
I also found some more signals along that line too. Looks as if it was a quad-gate crossing.
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=San+Dieg ... ,5.19&z=21
Median signals, not quad gates.
This is a quad setup, http://goo.gl/maps/BCbCW
Ah thanks. Mistake fixed.
Edit:
Found another signal. Looks as if the cantilever was designed to protect only one side because the line becomes street-running. Too bad it no longer runs anymore.
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=San+Dieg ... ,2.74&z=21
Edit #2:
Found a wooden crossbuck on the abandoned line:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=San+Dieg ... ,0.48&z=20
And I also found a cantilever along the line:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=San+Dieg ... ,8.09&z=21
However, neither the cantilever, nor the relay case, are there anymore:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=San+Dieg ... ,6.17&z=21
Also found this along that line:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=San+Dieg ... ,3.33&z=19

Here's an active crossing near yet another air raid siren that I believe is out of service:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 5,,1,-2.59
The crossing is quite interesting too, take a look at this signal!
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 7,,1,-2.78
Traffic lights mounted on one of the cantilevers:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,,0,-12.07
Has anyone seen something like this with traffic lights before?
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 8,,1,-6.02
Arial view of the crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 95818&z=19
And if anyone is curious, the air raid siren:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 2,,3,-6.72

I bet this crossing has very poor visibility:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 3,,0,-7.41

Safetran type 2(?) mounted in an odd way.
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 7,,3,-1.58

I understand the crossing is one-way, but would it kill them to put rear lights on the pedestrian signal?
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,0.93&z=19

"Regional Transit" truck. It appears that there is a gate in the back of the truck:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,7.95&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,9.84&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 2,5.8&z=19

What's with this line and mounting Safetran type 2s (?) on the side of the pole? :Tongue2:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -1.33&z=19

Another active crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -4.24&z=21

Two images of the same train with one pasted right in-front of the other:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 95818&z=21

Another active crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -2.88&z=20
The train:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,2.88&z=20

Are the sidelights unnecessary?
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -5.87&z=19

I think I hit the Jackpot, I have found a lot of active crossings.
Gates descending:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -2.41&z=19
Gates fully lowered:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,0.76&z=19

Light rail train:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,2.93&z=20

Another active crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,2.73&z=20
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -0.05&z=20
WCH LED gate lights:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,9.43&z=20

Another active crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,5.46&z=20

How often do you have street-running light rail?
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,2.54&z=19

Light rail trains to either side of this crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,4.29&z=19
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -0.29&z=19
A backwards crossbuck: :Curse1:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,2,-1&z=19
And isn't this crossbuck supposed to face the street?
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,3.51&z=19

Interesting signal:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,-2.8&z=20

Another active crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -4.41&z=19

Active crossing with mechanical bells:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,-0.2&z=20
Gates rising:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 13.16&z=20
Notice the rear lights on the mast signal, I bet the cantilevers are newer:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -4.53&z=20
End of the train:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -0.02&z=20

Looks like UP was doing work on this crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -3.32&z=19
They removed the light and visor off of this light:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,1.32&z=19
Maintainer working on the over head lights:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 18.88&z=19
He seems to be re-installing the background and visor on one of the lights:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 48.25&z=19
The UP logo on the side of the truck:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 16.15&z=19

Light rail line being installed:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -3.12&z=21

Active crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... 0,4.1&z=19

A triangle gate:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... ,1.88&z=20

Active crossing with a train:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Freeport ... -2.83&z=19
