There use to be a no turn signal for that crossing.

Reminds me of this crossing on the CSX River Line in New Jersey:

The signal with the bell also used to have a pair of side lights on it as well, but you can clearly see which pair they decided to keep.

What's worse right there is how the lights were just removed and only removed instead of being part of an upgrade process.
