Yeah... it looks like one of these brackets that I found in Kokomo, IN a few months back.

Reminds me of the brackets I've seen pictures of on a crossing in Toledo, OH. Those who are on Facebook in the Railway Crossings group may have seen them. The person who posted them is actually a member of this forum so I'll let them chime in and post them if they want to.
