While Watco has done some aggressive signal upgrading since taking over the Wisconsin and Southern system at the start of 2012, eliminating most of the ex-Milwaukee Road mini bells that existed when I first took up railfanning/signal fanning c. 2006-'07, this one on Center Street in Black Earth was still going strong 10 years ago OTD (scene starts at 8:05)...
