That looks to just be a scale signal there. Wonder why it's flashing if nothing else is going through?

Not sure when the satellite picture was taken, but it looks like here that there are signals.

Very! I understand why they had to do it that way... really no other option. But, they could have made the cantilever a little longer and angled it so it was more in the middle of the crossing instead of off to the side.
