I thought that this crossing was unguarded until I noticed where the crossbucks were, kind of strange.

One side of the crossing had the crossbuck lower on the pole.

While the other side had a crossbuck with its own post and "TWO TRACKS" but it wasn't facing the road!

I wonder why there is a relay cabinet here?

That crossing could have been signalized at one point many years ago.

Not sure when the satellite picture was taken, but it looks like here that there are signals.

Very! I understand why they had to do it that way... really no other option. But, they could have made the cantilever a little longer and angled it so it was more in the middle of the crossing instead of off to the side.

They did a better job on this one:
