Nice finds, Ive seen some of those brackets in Google Maps and in videos in Canada, i was wondering which company does make them, is there a page here where i can find more information about this company?

Don't think so.
Ive made a search on Google and they where making speeders! Its actually weird to see a speeder manufacturer has made some crossing equipements !

Probably malfunctioning... and since the crossing was closed at the time (never actually opened if I remember correctly), no one was too worried about it.

One of the gates probably got stuck while it was down after a train had passed.
