I actually thought that it was a one way street before I turned the view, it wouldn't surprise me either if it was at one point.
Also, it seems that there are a lot of posts in this forum from Kokomo.

Yes... the northern part of Indiana seems to have a plethora of interesting/odd/old signals. Especially the closer you get to the northwest... near Chicago.

I remember coming across an image on Flickr of a crossing with fail-safe signals. I looks for it on Google Streetview and I think I found it but the lights had been removed and the signals just looked like any other signals that have had their lights removed.
Indiana is definitely a great place for signals and I need to take a road trip there sometime, who knows what I'd find in areas where there is no streetview coverage.
