That's just how an old single chime sounds.
Believe it or not, that ACL locomotive used to run in Wisconsin on a lot of the present-day WSOR lines when Glen Monhart owned it. He leased much of his personal collection of classic EMD locomotives to the start-up shortline Wisconsin and Calumet Railroad during the '80s and early '90s.
Also, that train is unusual for having 2 EMDX units leading a warbonnet.
