Here's a ASC E-Bell that has its pitch lowered to make it sound creepy.

I believe this a flat sounding WCH Mechanical Bell that starts to die. It's now gone as of December 2017.

Looks like the GS Type 1 at Tracy Road in Hilliard, Florida is starting to have issues of its own. (Skip to 1:23)

The WCH mechanical bell is still dead there.
