I don't know why, but i want to say that's your video, why are you posting it. For some reason.

I believe this a flat sounding WCH Mechanical Bell that starts to die. It's now gone as of December 2017.

Sadly, this crossing has now been removed.

Looks like the GS Type 1 at Tracy Road in Hilliard, Florida is starting to have issues of its own. (Skip to 1:23)

The WCH mechanical bell is still dead there.
