Not exactly a signal, but the relay case at this crossing was damaged. I'm surprised how the signals didn't shut off but maybe a few relays were damaged!

The case would have needed to tumble to the ground for the flashers to break. Those things' wires are over-threaded to still work in the event of something like that happening, I am sure.

At around 2:04 in this video you can see the remains of a signal that was crushed by a intermodal shipping container when two trains was derailed in a storm.

Not sure which year, but a train hit a truck in Kirkwood, MO @ Leffingwell Ave, and knocked out a GRS/WRRS gate mech. The signal was replaced, and the old 200 lb counterweights are still sitting next to the new signal.

I actually found a WCH base cover at that crossing a while ago so I brought it home with me. Shame that nice signal would've been destroyed. Guess I never noticed those counterweights before, but you can just barely see em on street view: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ysFiuoKGPfDuwpAy8

Not a new video, but here is a video from around a decade ago where a UP freight train wipes out one of those trailers i think you use to haul corn or other aggregates, not sure why it's worth getting all cheery about.

Not sure if this technically counts, as it's not on the correct side, but i assume the signal that is not seen was destroyed.
