Still there as of Last Night (July 3rd, 2017) ! Was in Reno after going on a road trip with my father and his navy buddy. Found that at dusk and said to my self "whoa".

Buckeye crossbuck setups are pretty much exclusive to Ohio. The setup that you shared is used throughout Idaho.
That setup is kind of common in the Western and western Midwest states. The other crossbuck there is kind of interesting.
