Most railroads didn't use them (Pan Am and Union Pacific seem to have been the primary users of them), and they were all installed back in the early 2000s. As a result, upgrades have replaced quite a few of them while others were replaced by the LEDs failing.

Kind of looks like it has a different logo. Although that is probably just the rust.

Those are cast-iron WRRS 8 inch lights.
