Maybe, it looks like it could have been. That crossing is on the site. Looks like they tried putting a new stop sign onto an old one! It is also an FRA violation to have stop signs at signalized crossings. https://www.google.com/maps/@34.6061811 ... 312!8i6656
All of them are actually on the site. The only ones along that line not on the site are the ones in Jackson County that I documented recently.

One signal at that crossing actually had GRS Lex-C 12x20 inch lights and Safetran 12x24 inch lights back in 2008:

The other signal had 8 inch (Safetran?) lights and a Safetran mechanical bell, with it being the last 8 inch signal in Decatur, AL, AFAIK:

Because of how fuzzy the image is, the Safetran 12x24 looks like it has LED's installed in them!
I posted it shortly after Google added the ability to look at previous street view images. The crossing also had its original Safetran gate mechs (replaced in 2012) at the time, along with the original Safetran mechanical bell (replaced by 2008, it appears)!

They're probably US&S bells. I don't think we've ever had McK&H bells here.

Google Earth also shows a train at the crossing along with an airplane!
