The GS Type 1 heard a bit after 4:45 in the video below has a bit of a weird start-up on it, probably due to condensation or left-over rainwater:

Here's a high pitch sounding wch e bell located on the Sedalia Sub in Dresden, MO. Crossing activation at 0:32. Almost sounds like a gs type 1. I assume the bell is a wch type 1 as it does sound like it has a scratchy tone to it

The working Safetran bell here sounds quite flat:

The mechanical bell heard at the crossing towards the end of this video sounds like a cowbell:


You can hear it pretty well starting about 21:15 in the video.

Not necessarily flat, but the bell heard in the first clip here don't sound too great:
