Two bad Nathan P horns.
In this video, where we get a close look at the IAIS's RI hertage unit, we also hear a horrifically fouled P3 on DM&E #3803.
Also, at 1:12, note the hanging gate light.
And here, a fouled P5a on Metra (METX) MP36PH #406:

The bell was probably iced over. We had an ice storm a couple days ago.
I was stopped at
this crossing last night, and that bell sounded exactly like the one in the video.

L5LA on Metra.The video owner said it was a good K5LA.
