I don't want to burn ethanol in my gas truck. It doesn't run right on it, it isn't designed to, and it never will.
Exactly! In my owner's manual it states that if driveability problems surface with E10, revert to full gasoline. Well I found a list of places that sell non-ethanol gasoline but they're all marinas and I'm sure the state has threatened them with some sort of hell if they pump it into to a road going motor vehicle. I'd like to see but they're all too far away.

The closest one marked 'Retailer' to me is in St. Helens, a 30 mile one-way trip. Not worth it.
On E10 Gasoline I've been averaging 17.5 mpg while running straight gasoline I got 19.5 mpg in mixed city conditions. So...how is consuming more fuel considered reducing foreign oil consumption? Morons...
Maybe I can sue the state when all the rubber in my fuel system degrades and needs to be replaced because of that crap. Make it optional...don't make people use it. And it's not going to end because the ethanol manufacturers got subsidies from the Mother Teat (The Gov't) that gives them money to blend it and keep the price down whether or not people want to use it.

gas is 2.01 at the Quick Trip station.
I knew a guy who would fill up his truck andtwo 5 gallon gas cans, when gas was a few cents less expensive, then when prices when up for about a week he would use his gas cans. this was back when gas would go up and down up and down.

I wonder if I can get a distributor to start selling me barrels of unblended gasoline.
55 gallon drum = a month's worth of fuel for me.

I have totally derailed this thread.

College Blvd. BP is back down to $1.89...what is going on? It's like a price roller-coaster these past few days.

Gas went up here to $2.29. But that could be because of the increase of state sales tax in California.
