All of the tracks in Port St. Joe, FL are abandoned, along with plenty of older signals. All of the crossings here were owned by the Apalachicola & Northern Railroad and abandoned sometime between May of 2011 and July of 2013 according to Google Street View.

The two crossings on Industrial Road:

The first crossing on SR 71:

The railroad crossing on Avenue A:

If you follow the line further back past Apalachicola, you can find another crossing on the other side of the Trans-continental Waterway that also has had its gates chained into the up position.

Looks like it had just been torn up when street view came through.
