Looks like you forgot a link there, and those are Safetran Model S-85s, not WABCO Model 95s (which technically don't exist).

No it is not! For Pete's sake, not every stop sign at a railroad crossing is an FRA violation. Just the ones at signalized crossings that do not cross any intersections

This crossing in the area of the crossings posted above has an interesting extension. Obviously it's because the pole and the building.
