Very nice. Of all the years I lived in Illinois I was only an hour away from this place. Mad at myself that I never got over there to ride the train or see their signals in action.

Nice! If you watch closely... you can see the signal moving just a bit with the motion of the bell.

Turns out Alabama has a second Teardrop! If you look closely on top of the tank car, you can see it:

Heard was disconnected because people in some nearby offices were being disturbed by it. Used to have 8 inch lights.
