Spur crossing in Lethbridge, AB, CA (Followed from BNSF train link) with new gate signals mid-installation.
A bit of an old post, but the signals have since been completed, and the crossing now features a pair of extremely tall gateless median signals:

What the?!

Of coarse that is in Canada and not in the states! :Tongue2: Kinda reminds me of this signal in the background in Edmonton which is also in Alberta.

First one I have seen that appears to be left on a non tourist line.

Having seen no other examples like this, would it be OK to say that this is probably the last one of it's kind on a non tourist crossing?

Yep, looks like NS replaced the signal.

Interesting how that crossing has 8" (LED!) signals on the left side of the road. I wonder if they're for the sidewalks. They even have the speakers that are used on crosswalks!

Another NS signal with a US&S Model 95 outside of the Carolinas, also with an interesting mount for some rather old 8 inch side lights! (Was this posted before? I forget...)

Some Safetran S-85s here!

Another S-85!

Classic crossing with some Lex-C lights:

A "pure" 1990s Conrail install!

Another 90s Conrail install, though a gateless and belless one:

Interesting how the lines over there still have some of the old overhead wire cantilever things still in place
